Work for Rent Opportunity
We are seeking someone to rent the rural Yale mobile who would be interested in working on the farm and on our rental properties for part or all of their rent. We want a strong, honest, self motivated, teachable individual or couple who can work reliably without constant supervision. We will credit $10.00 per hour of work time toward the monthly rent. If the rentor works 45 hours per month the rent will be fully paid. If the rentor works more than 45 hours during the month, they will be paid for their work at $10.00 per hour.
The worker will be working as contract labor and not an employee of Ritchie Blackberry Farm or Ritchie Enterprises, L.L.C. and will not be guaranteed any specified number of work hours per month. However, if the worker is productive and reliable, there is the possibility of earning up to $1200.00 per month in addition to the rent.
The farm work will consist of mowing, weeding, mulching, spraying and tying up vines in the blackberry field. During picking season there will be picking and packaging work.
We also need someone to help work on the rental properties doing general carpentry work. Someone from the company will provide complete instructions as to what must be done. The work may include such things as repairing/replacing floors, drywall, doors, windows,cabinets, plumbing, and roofs. There will be painting, mowing, tree trimming etc. Transportation from the farm to work sites in Cleveland or Pawhuska will be provided. Drive time to and from Cleveland or Pawhuska will be credited to the worker at $4.00 per hour. Time sheets will be kept and must be approved by a Ritchie family member.
Quiet country living in a nice mobile home located on pasture land with a large pond.
A 2 bedroom mobile home is currently available for rent eight miles west of Yale, Oklahoma and 13 miles east of Stillwater, Oklahoma. The mobile is located on 32 acres of range land with 3 ponds. Approximately 10 acres and one pond will be available for tenant use. The rent is $450.00 per month and the deposit is also $450.00. The mobile is total electric.
