Cherry Tree Apartments 1100 Brenner Pawhuska, OK 74056.

The property is located on a large open lot with cherry, pecan, oak and redbud trees. All of the apartments are equiped with a gas range, a refrigerator, a gas wall furnace which is thermostat controled, and a window air conditioner. Each apartment is carpeted in the living room and bedrooms. All the windows are equiped with mini blinds, and all of the apartments are painted white. The baths and kitchens have tile or linoleum flooring which is color coordinated with the carpet and counter tops. There is a tiled threshold area just inside the front door of each apartment. Each apartment has a large walkin closet off the living room in addition to the bedroom closets. Each apartment has a back door from the kitchen onto the back deck and each apartment has a front porch. The water is paid by the owner and the tenants pay their own gas and electric. The 3 bedroom apartments and the larger 2 bedroom apartment, which is the size of a 3 bedroom apartment, rent for $350.00 per month, the other 2 bedroom apartments rent for $325.00 per month and the one bedroom apartment rents for $300.00 per month. There is also a security deposit equal to one month rent. All the apartments are similar in layout and design. Pictures of apartments 1 and 2 are shown as examples.

Cherry Tree Apartment #1 is a three bedroom apartment. It is located on the West end of the apartment complex. There are 2 bedrooms on the west, one with 6 windows and one with 3 windows, and one bedroom with one window on the east side of the living room. The carpet is a green/brown berber. The kitchen counter is green, and the bath and kitchen linoleums are white with green accents. This is the only apartment with a washer hook up.

	The kitchen in apt #1 is typical of all the apartments. This picture is a composite of 2 snap shots, thus the distorted shape of the back door. The sink is just to the right of this picture. To see what the sink looks like see the pictures of the other apartments.
	The bath in apt #1 has a bear claw tub. Only apartments 1 and 4 have this type of tub. They are super for people who like tub baths, but there is no shower. There is a small window high above the tub and a oak veneer bathroom vanity next to the toilet.
	The treshold in apt #1 is green and white ceramic tiles. Each apartment is carpeted with a tile threshold just inside the front door. The carpet is #1 is green/brown berber.
	This is looking from the living room toward the kitchen in apt #1. This shows the wall furnace which is the same in all the apartments. The thermostat is on the wall between the bedrooms on the west side of the apartment.
	This is looking into the front bedroom on the west. This shows the windows which are unique to this apartment.

Cherry Tree Apartment #2 is a two bedroom apartment. It is located just east of apartment #1. There are 2 bedrooms in this apartment, but it is unique in that the bedrooms are located one on each side of the living room. All the other 2 bedroom apartments have the bedrooms on the same side. The carpet is a blue berber. The kitchen counter is blue, and the bath and kitchen linoleums are white with blue accents.

	This shows the front porch of apt #2. There is a large oak tree just south of the porch. There are forsythia, rose of sharon, and lilac bushes planted in front of all the apartments.
	The kitchen in apt #2 has the range on the same side as the sink. There is not a refrigerator in apartment #2 presently but one will be supplied when it is rented. The hot water heater is in the cabinet right of the range.
	The bath in apt #2 has a tub with a shower. There is a small window high above the tub and a oak veneer bathroom vanity next to the toilet. The floor has a white with blue accent linoleum.
	The picture is in #2 looking from the living room toward the bedroom on the southwest and partially toward the kitchen. the bath is between the kitchen and the bedroom you can see into. Each apartment is carpeted with a tile threshold just inside the front door. The carpet is #2 is blue burber.
	This is in the living room of apt #2 looking toward the front wall. This shows the air conditioner in the window and the cable hockup.

	This linen closet in apt #2 is just outside the bathroom door opposite the door into the southwest bedroom. The living room is to the left of this picture.
