Cherry Tree Apartments 1100 Brenner Pawhuska, OK 74056.

The property is located on a large open lot with cherry, pecan, oak and redbud trees. All of the apartments are equiped with a gas range, a refrigerator, a gas wall furnace which is thermostat controled, and a window air conditioner. Each apartment is carpeted in the living room and bedrooms. All the windows are equiped with mini blinds, and all of the apartments are painted white. The baths and kitchens have tile or linoleum flooring which is color coordinated with the carpet and counter tops. There is a tiled threshold area just inside the front door of each apartment. Each apartment has a large walkin closet off the living room in addition to the bedroom closets. Each apartment has a back door from the kitchen onto the back deck and each apartment has a front porch. The water is paid by the owner and the tenants pay their own gas and electric. The 3 bedroom apartments and the larger 2 bedroom apartment, which is the size of a 3 bedroom apartment, rent for $450.00 per month, the other 2 bedroom apartments rent for $400.00 per month and the one bedroom apartment rents for $350.00 per month. There is also a security deposit equal to one month rent. All the apartments are similar in layout and design. There are forsythia, rose of sharon, and lilac bushes planted in front of all the apartments. Pictures of Apartment #2 are shown as examples.

Cherry Tree Apartment #2 is a two bedroom apartment. It is located just east of apartment #1. There are 2 bedrooms in this apartment, but it is unique in that the bedrooms are located one on each side of the living room. All the other 2 bedroom apartments have the bedrooms on the same side. The carpet is a blue berber. The kitchen counter is blue, and the bath and kitchen linoleums are white with blue accents.

	This shows the living room of apt #2 taken from the east side of the room with the front door behind the camera. Here you see the wall furnace which provided plenty of heat for the whole apartment. You can see in to the kitchen on the left, and into the south bedroom on the right. The bathroom is located just to the left of this bedroom. The door to the right of this bedroom is a large walkin closet.
	The kitchen in apt #2 has the range on the same side as the sink. The refrigerator is on the opposite wall. The hot water heater is in the cabinet right of the range. The door to the back porch is open in this picture.
	The bath in apt #2 has a tub with a shower. There is a small window high above the tub and a oak veneer bathroom vanity next to the toilet. The floor has a linoleum. The linen closet with shelves is just outside the bathroom door.
	The picture is in #2 looking from the kitchen toward the living room front door and the northeast bedroom. Each apartment is carpeted with a tile threshold just inside the front door. The carpet in #2 is blue berber.
	This is looking into the living room walkin closet. The air conditioner was stored in the closet for the winter. The AC can be installed in the living front window in the summer.
	This is looking out of the front bedroom on the northeast toward the living room. This shows the door to the closet and the door to the other bedroom on the other side of the living room.
	This is another picture of the northeast bedroom the window looks out toward the front (north) of the apartment. Bedroom #2 is virtually identical to bedroom #1 except the window looks out on the south side toward the back yard.
	This shown the outside of apartment #2's back door and the deck. There is a large open yard with a pecan tree just southeast of this deck. This is an older picture of the back porch. It is still pretty much the same now as then.
